Founder + Coach
With over a decade of experience in pastoral ministry, organizational leadership, and one-on-one mentorship, Stephen Glasser has spent his life helping people grow through seasons of change and discovery. He’s worked with athletes, pastors, leaders, and everyday people—anyone hungry to live with greater purpose and intentionality. His Christ-centered, Spirit-led approach meets you where you are and walks with you toward all that God has for your life. Rooted in empathy, reflection, and prayer, Stephen’s coaching draws from proven tools he’s developed and used with hundreds of others. Fun fact: he’s led two ministry training programs and finds deep joy in one-on-one moments that help people live life to the fullest.
